David Daniel

David Daniel has over 5 years of real estate specific experience conducting acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. He is currently responsible for deal sourcing and underwriting on all multifamily assets in the greater San Diego, Orange County, Oakland, and Salt Lake markets.

Prior to joining Cazador, David gained experience while working with one of the largest syndicators in America, ‘Equity St Capital’, and one of the most active apartment groups in San Diego, ‘The Zorbas Group’. He continues to build his asset management experience with his ongoing role with Atlas Management Group.

During his time with Cazador investments, David has underwritten north of $1.5B in multifamily apartment opportunities. He graduated from Sonoma State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has lived locally in San Diego since. He is a licensed real estate agent, member of the National Multi Housing Committee, and current onsite manager at his apartment complex. Dave enjoys an active lifestyle with hobbies including golfing, traveling, hiking, and attending live events.
