WHO WE ARE

Cazador Investments, LLC specializes in multifamily value-add real estate investing via private equity syndications.

We are experts at two things: identifying lucrative investment opportunities, and executing proven value-add business plans.

We focus geographically on Coastal California and select Southwest & Sunbelt growth markets.’ ‘We’ve found a niche in the sub-institutional space, flying ‘under the radar’ of larger competitors by focusing on small to midsize multifamily properties.

We execute attractive and accretive value-add business models on these assets that usually include complete unit interior renovations, exterior improvements & rebranding, and ADU (accessory dwelling unit) construction/conversion. We have a $100MM+ track record, have renovated over 25 properties, and have never lost investor principal on any deal.

Our target audience is high net worth/ultra high net worth individuals and families, as well as family office and other sub-institutional clients looking to invest in multifamily real estate.

Multifamily Value-Add Investing

We source, acquire, renovate and reposition multifamily assets, adding large amounts of value and dramatically boosting cash flow.

Private Equity Syndication

We create investment structures that allow high net worth investors access to lucrative private equity real estate syndications. We simplify and handle all aspects of the process on behalf of the investor.

Property Management

Through our sister company ‘Cazador Management Inc we provide property management services to all portfolio assets and to 3rd party owners as well.

Construction Management

We are experts in multifamily value-add business plan execution and supervise our projects as well as others on behalf of interested clients and/or friends.

MEET THE TEAM

Through extensive broker relationships and proprietary deal sourcing methods we are able to procure better-than-market real estate investment opportunities in our target markets. We find and secure deals the retail investor would never even be aware of. We are also very different than smaller, ‘single market’ syndicators ‘fix and flip’ groups. Instead of focusing on a single market, we deploy a ‘top down’ approach to real estate investing more common to larger regional / national firms. On a quarterly basis we first identify our target markets, then drill in on the most attractive submarkets in those metros, then identify specific assets that meet our overall investment thesis.
