We have a $100MM+ track record, have renovated over 25 properties, and have never lost investor principal on any deal.

Through extensive broker relationships and proprietary deal sourcing methods we are able to procure better-than-market real estate investment opportunities in our target markets. We find and secure deals the retail investor would never even be aware of. We are also very different than smaller, ‘single market’ syndicators ‘fix and flip’ groups. Instead of focusing on a single market, we deploy a ‘top down’ approach to real estate investing more common to larger regional / national firms. On a quarterly basis we first identify our target markets, then drill in on the most attractive submarkets in those metros, then identify specific assets that meet our overall investment thesis.
