Hunter Beaumont

Hunter Beaumont has fifteen years of real estate finance, acquisition and asset management experience and is the Founder and President of Cazador Investments LLC & Cazador Management Inc. He has been personally responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing on the acquisition of real estate assets with total value in excess of $250MM. Previous to starting his own firm, Hunter gained experience in acquisitions roles at various private equity real estate investment firms including Starwood Capital Group, American Realty Advisors, Kleege Enterprises, and Virtu Investments.

Hunter graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and Sol Price School of Public Policy with dual Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degrees, during which time he held various leadership roles including President of the USC Graduate Real Estate Association. Before USC, Hunter attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he was recruited to play NCAA Division I Men’s Volleyball. While at BYU Hunter also took time off to complete a two-year service mission to Guayaquil, Ecuador. He graduated from BYU’s Marriott School of Management with a Finance Emphasis.

Hunter has a passion for investing and is always excited to look at new deals and unique opportunities. He is a licensed CA real estate broker, member of the Urban Land Institute and NMHC, and is proud to be part of USC’s ‘Trojan Family’ and BYU’s Marriott School of Management alumni. He, his wife Jessica, and their four children live in Olivenhain, CA and enjoy an active Southern California lifestyle. He is an Eagle Scout, water sports enthusiast, and Ironman triathlete.
